Redd Retail Group sees Senior Creative Designer develop to Head of Creative

Redd’s latest internal development sees one of our Creative Designers, Jenny, promoted to Head of Creative.

Working as a Senior Creative Designer, Jenny’s talent and creative initiative has helped secure business with new and existing clients.

Creating a range of unique designs specifically for watch and jewellery brands, Jenny has continued to excel throughout her time with Redd.

Jenny, who has already started settling into her new role said:

I’m really excited to take on the challenge as Head of Creative. I’ve worked for Redd for over four years now, and I’ve seen some really big changes in this time.

The company is continuously growing from strength to strength and it’s great to be a part of it! I’m lucky to work alongside such excellent and passionate people in the team (not to mention the resident animals!) and I really hope I can continue to make a difference and help to grow and develop the creative department internally and on an international level.

Recognising that employees are a key element to the success of Redd, and being keen to develop our employees within the business; Directors Karl, Brienne and Danny were excited to present this opportunity to Jenny and start to shape the next step of her career.

“I’m really pleased to see Jenny move into a role that will develop her career further with Redd. Jenny has a great eye for detail along with wonderful creative flair; and being head of creative will enhance the whole team further, not only in developing their skill set but also in the way the team communicates globally and how they work together.

At Redd we are keen to develop and invest in our employees, so it is great that Jenny has stepped up to this ‘creative’ challenge.

I’m excited about the future for Jenny, and I’m looking forward to watching the team grow at Redd!” said Karl Turnbull, Director of Redd Retail Group.
