DuFa Exhibition at Pitti Immagine Uomo

The Redd team have recently returned from a busy weekend in Florence for the Pitti Immagine Uomo Exhibition.

Held at the Fortezza de Basso exhibition centre in Firenze, Italy; Redd spent the weekend at the venue completing a booth installation for DuFa.

Pitti Immagine Uomo, which is held twice a year in Florence, is a world-renowned platform for launching men’s clothing and accessories collections. Attracting brands from all around the world, the show is home to several prestigious designers.

Redd, who have a long-standing relationship with the parent company of DuFa, Solar Time, have completed a range of projects for the brands over previous years; projects of which include solutions for BaselWorld, JCK Las Vegas, Shenzhen Watch Fair, the Hong Kong Watch & Clock show and a variety of other smaller projects.

After receiving the brief, the Creative Department provided an array of conceptual sketch and 3D work to present to the client which was then turned into detailed technical drawings and sent to manufacture.

Designing the booth to be in-line with the brand’s corporate guidelines, Redd opted for a simplistic satin white stand and focused on visual details to catch the eye of visitors.

The clean white walls featured a selection of graphics; each of which presented different details of the brands watches and were positioned at various angles and sizes.

A large 3D white DuFa badge hung from the wall and was finished with laser-cut matte black acrylic lettering.

Towards the back of the booth sat two large DuFa Paris Fashion week display units that were position either side of a taller tower unit and were constructed out of MDF with a satin white spray finish, black gloss vinyl logos that sat in the base and a grey felt wrapped insert to hold the watches in place.

The display positioned at the front of the stand was also satin white sprayed MDF with grey felt wrapped inserts but was made up of a cabinet and a bridge counter securely positioned over the top to create a multi-layer effect whilst offering storage solutions for the brand.

The booth also featured a seated area for the brand to meet with clients, the seating area consisted of a tall circular chrome table and breakfast bar styled stools.
